So it’s been a long time but I took a shot at music performance photography, something I have never done before. I did so for my friends band Open Til Mighnight at the Mercury Lounge. They were fantastic and I hope you enjoy the photos!

I have been mostly doing color photos recently. All the places I’ve been have had magical colors so I didn’t want to waste that. This dreary night in CT inspired me to put up some of my B+W work. I arrived home in Aspen today. Feels good to be home. Anyway I have uploaded all my photos from my trip and have added a few to my last couple posts. I will also be adding some new material to my website tonight. Alright, cool, see you later.

So I have been in Palm Beach for three days now with my girlfriend Katie and my family. My grandmother had her 80th birthday and we all had dinner together and it was wonderful. Three different generations, all sitting around the table, having completely candid and true conversation. It was beautiful. I feel so lucky to have a family where I can speak candidly without being judged. Anyway the weather has been amazing and Palm Beach is truly one of the most magnificent places on the planet. I’ve come to appreciate its Beauty more and more with every visit. Great trip, loved it.
So I am going back to Aspen tomorrow with my mother, friends michael and chris, and my Katie. I am excited to get back but a bit apprehensive about my acl reconstructive surgery on Tuesday. It’s going to be three weeks of hell. At least I’ll have Katie be there to help me. I have taken a ton of new photos from NYC and Florida and my favorites will be loaded upon my return to Aspen tomorrow. I am excited to show everyone the contrast between some of my landscape work vs. my cityscape work. Its cool. Alright, I’m done. You’ll be hearing from me soon.

So I started off strong with this blog and haven’t posted since. I am in New York City visiting my family and have just been running around a lot, seeing people, etc… I didn’t bring my card reader with me so I haven’t been able to upload any new photos. My girlfriend Katie is bringing it with her from Aspen so I will have it in a couple days. I have been taking tons of pictures in the city and it really is one of the coolest places on the planet. Growing up here has really skewed my perspective on what the city is like. After living in Aspen for 7 months, my perspective is a bit clearer. What a place. Anyway, new pictures to come so please keep checking in. See ya!

Today was a blue-bird gorgeous day. My roommates and I had a little party at our apt to celebrate the closing day of Aspen Highlands. It was good times. I didn’t actually end up going to the party that our party was the pre-party for. Whatever. No biggie. It ended up being a sweet day nonetheless. I took the photo seen above today while I wasn’t partying, see there you go! I will also be traveling home to New York in a couple days to relax and see my family now that the ski season is over. I am looking forward to it. I haven’t been back since I moved here in September. Added a whole bunch of new material. Please enjoy.

Today was a really snowy ugly day in Aspen. Normally a snow day in Aspen would be an excellent thing for an Aspenite but I am ready for the ski season to end as i tore my acl in Jan and couldn’t ski so its frustrating. All I hear every day is ski this ski that. Don’t get me wrong, I love to ski, LOVE. Anyway, this is my first entry. I hope everyone enjoys the work. I will be posting new photos weekly or bi-weekly. The photo above is on my ‘Art” page and was taken two days ago.

Firstly, I would like to say I have never done a blog before in my entire life nor have I ever wanted to. I’ve always thought they were pointless and weird (to be perfectly frank). But as I did my research, my opinion changed and I do now really believe it is a great outlet. For those of you who don’t know me well, it will give you a little perspective on my life as an artist and as a person in general.
